FAQs
Is it safe?
The Bufadora area is on the ocean, so gets stronger waves in the afternoon, so we go early while it’s calmer. Life jackets and a certified guide provided of course!
Do you have a changing room?
Yes, we have a changing room and you can leave valuables there or best in the vehicle.
What if weather is bad?
We watch the weather and will offer an alternative tour or refund if it is not safe to snorkeling as part of our policies. Usually 24 hrs before, we make the bad weather call. You will have chance to alter the tour for another activity, or full refund if weather prevents safe snorkel.

What to Wear?
Water shoes or no shoes, light clothes that dry quickly. We recommend bring change of clothes. Sunblock or big hat;) Sunglasses are nice on a sunny day. We provide life jackets. No helmets or wetsuits provided or needed.
Is there an age minimum?
For safety we allow minimum 8 years old for Snorkel.
Is water Clean?
Yes, this area is 40 min from town, with no population center. Ocean currents keep water fresh.
Do we need snorkeling experience?
No! But you must know how to swim. Many guests do not have experience and enjoy it.
