How can I book with deposit?

1) Pick you Tour 1 Activity tour pages. 2 and 3 Activity Above.

2) If you don’t see your combo request custom quote in form above.

3) Deposit on Tour pages any click activties, or deposit on Cusotm Tour Deposit Page.

4) After booking you will see confirmation emails, and we confirm balance via email.

4) On your Ensenada port day, Easily arrive at your waiting guide with a personalized sign for your private tour.

5) Pay Balance when arriving with guide in USD cash to guide, or Venmo/Zelle/Cashapp. Credit card available upon request.

How many Activities can we do? 3 activities maximum with 8:45 am pickup during a shore day, for stress-free day.

Most groups choose 3 or 2 activities.

Will we make it back to the ship? Yes, we have back-to-ship guarantee and insurance. Read it here!

Can I book without a quote? Yes! Each single tour has a booking page, and just indicate in the notes the combo you want. We list popular combos above and honor all prices here. If you see the combo and pricing, reserve easily here. Mention the combo and price. We honor published prices.

What if one of our group wants to skip or of the activities? No problem. They can ride along and there may be a discount for not doing the activity. Mention this in the quote request.

Is pricing all-inclusive? Yes, unless you choose pai pai transportation only or Valle de Guadalupe wine tour transportation only. Tacos and souvenirs are on your own. Smiles, advice, and jokes are included free of charge;)

Why don’t I see later start times online? Are later times available? Yes, contact us directly for times later in the day. Depends on traffic, and the number of activities. Online scheduling is limited to avoid stress getting back to the ship.

If you only want one activity or are not on a cruise, later start times are available. For multiple activities on cruise ship shore day, 9:30 or earlier is best.

Where can you pick us up and drop us off? At the cruise port or downtown. We can also pick up in Valle de Guadalupe, at Airbnbs and hotels in Ensenada, and other places in the custom tour. May be extra charge if it is far from centro Ensenada.

Drop off at Cruiseport security, La Riviera civic center, or anywhere downtown for tacos and shopping (you can easily walk back to port 3 blocks or take a shuttle).

What if it rains? Most tours operate in mild rains. If the tour partner cancels, we can change the tour to an alternative tour better for the weather. 24 hours before, you can also request a different tour.

If the ship changes port, we automatically reschedule you for the new day. No loss of deposit. See our Policies.

What are age minimums?

• ATV or UTV Off Road: 15 years old to drive, Under 15 passengers on ATV or UTV

• Zipline Canopy Tour: 4 years is a minimum age or height of 4.5 feet. If they are shorter, they can go as long as an adult holds them close. Both are harnessed separately. Check harness size on Zipline FAQ

• Horseback: 5 years old to ride solo (we can have someone walk the horse). Kids better on echo canyon route with mounting platform.

• Kayaking: minimum12 years old for Bufadora Kayaking in a single kayak, depending on conditions. 10-12 can be in a double kayak with an adult. For those younger than 10, we can kayak the Estuary near the Bufadora, where it is always calm (no waves).

• Massage: no minimum with parents present in large shared room.

What are weight restrictions?

• ATV: No weight limit.

• UTV-RZR has no weight limit

• Zipline: No wieght limit, just fit in the harness. Max waist 48 inches 122 cm max thigh 26 inches to 76 cm legs.

• Horseback: 270 lbs.

• Kayak: 300 single and 275lb double kayak

• Massage and Facial: None.

Is it safe? Yes, we only offer safe tours and adjust to the level of each group. All activities have safety instructions (except tequila tasting). We carry insurance for our vehicles, our drivers and anyone while riding with us.

We also only go to tourist areas that have no real chance of crime. Additionally, we only offer daytime tours (night time Private transportation in Valle is possible).

Will we get back to the ship? Yes, we have never had a group miss the ship in 15 years! If that happened due to us, we would cover your expenses and get you back to the US as part of our Back to Ship Guarantee.

What is your deposit refund policy? 24-hour refund or reschedule on most tours 8 or less. For Yatch and Valle ATV and large groups, we need 3 days minimum. We try to be flexible;) With less time, just loss of deposit since we don’t collect the balance until after.

Are taxes added on? No, we include taxes in the quote. Our company pays taxes locally. The only extra fee is 5% digital payment fee in USD to cover processing and currency fees (we have to get hard currency to pay our team and expenses, which is and extra fee to us).

What if the ship doesn’t dock or does not let anyone off due to the weather? No port - No Pay;) We refund 100% when it is the ship/cruise line's fault for canceling.

After the deposit, can we add people? Change tours? Of course, subject to the availability of activity, and room in your reserved tour vehicle. Fewer people within 24 hours may lose deposit.

Are you a registered business with professional drivers? Yes, our driver-guide team is registered with all the necessary permits, and all our vehicles are insured, and you are insured under our policy while in our vehicles. Check out our profiles and reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, and Yelp.

Are you locally owned? Yes, we are proudly locally owned and operated. 100% stays in the local economy compared to less than 40% in ship-branded shore excursions. We keep costs low by offering direct booking. Jesse and our team are all residents of Ensenada!

Any discounts for kids? Yes, kids under 4 ride free on our transportation. Under 14 must share ATV and get a discount for sharing. Discounts varies by tour.

When do we pay? A refundable deposit to reserve and the balance after. Deposit for most tours is just $40 per group, and pay the balance after the tour in cash or digitally with 5% fee. Prepay is cool too.

Can you Accommodate a Wheelchair? Yes, we will have a vehicle that fits a wheelchair or scooter as needed. Be sure to let us know ahead of time. No one in town has a wheelchair ramp to vehicle that services tours.

Do you have car seats and boosters for kids? Yes, we do! There is no legal requirement in Mexico, and we provide them free of charge. Let us know ahead of time on the booking page since child seats reduce room in the vehicle for passengers.

Can we get the driver’s name? Yes, send us an email or text a couple of days before. You can also request a previous driver you loved.

What type of vehicles do you use? We mainly use Town and Country and Honda Oddessy with leather seats and air conditioning these seat up to 7 passengers. For larger groups, we have a larger vehicle and access to a minibus. For couples, we sometimes use Nissan Versa. All are registered and insured.

Do you have Free Cancellation? Yes, Free Cancellation and rescheduling 36 hours’ notice for tours. We reschedule you automatically if the ship changes a port day.

Do you Accept credit cards? Yes, the online deposit is with a credit card. We take secure digital payments via Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App as well for deposits, and payments afterward.

We can accept the balance of the tour on a credit card, with 5% fee because of currency exchange and credit card processing fees. Just ask for a custom credit card invoice two days before your tour.

Will our group be all in one vehicle? For groups of up to 8, we have great vans. For larger groups, we can offer several vans at our low pricing, or a single larger vehicle allowing everyone to be together. Sometimes 5$ each person to offset large vehicle cost, and a larger deposit than the typical $40.

Do you offer just private transportation to Valle de Guadalupe? Yes, ask for a custom quote depending on group size.

Do you offer transportation from San Diego to Valle de Guadalupe? Yes, we can arrange for this transportation, crossing the border.

How can we create a custom day in Ensenada? Ena our tours guru can help you brainstorm, or you can find lots online resources at Kayak website here.

Do you have insurance? Yes, you are covered while in our vehicles. During activities (such as pai pai, atv, and zipline) you are covered by our partners and assume the risk. In the case of any situation, we of course do everything we can to assist you with any medical emergency including facilitating local medical treatment.

Each vehicle in our network has a medical kit and fire extinguisher.
