Do all tours include pick-up?
Yes.
Do we have enough time?
Yes! We have a Back-to-Ship Guarantee, and you can fit in up to 3 activities, no problem.
What time should I book?
Book 9:00 AM or 9:15 AM pick-up times. These are easy, reliable start times. Don’t worry—we wait for you.
What time does my ship dock and leave?
Most ships dock around 8:00 AM. Check your ship schedule here.
Where do you pick up?
At Port Security (7 min walk), at our Downtown Spa, or at your custom location.
How can I book with a deposit?
- Pick your tour: 1-Activity Tours, or see 2–3 Activities above.
- If you don’t see your combo, request a custom quote in the form above.
- Pay a deposit directly on tour pages, or at the Custom Tour Deposit Page.
- You’ll get confirmation emails, and we’ll confirm your balance by email too.
- On your Ensenada port day, meet your guide with a personalized sign.
- Pay balance in USD cash, Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp. Credit cards available on request.
How many activities can we do?
Up to 3 activities maximum with an 8:45 AM pick-up. Most groups choose 2 or 3.

Will we make it back to the ship?
Yes. We have a Back-to-Ship Guarantee & insurance.
Is pricing all-inclusive?
Yes, unless you choose Pai Pai transportation only or the Valle de Guadalupe Wine Tour (transportation only). Tacos and souvenirs are on your own. Smiles and jokes included free 😉.
What are age minimums?
- ATV/UTV: 15 years to drive, under 15 must ride as passengers.
- Zipline: 4 years old or 4.5 ft tall. Small kids may ride harnessed with an adult.
- Horseback: 5 years old minimum (Echo Canyon route best for kids).
- Kayaking: 12 years minimum solo; 10–12 with adult in double.
- Massage: no minimum with parents present.
Is it safe?
Yes. We only offer safe tours, all include safety instructions. Our vehicles and drivers are insured. We stick to tourist areas with low risk and only operate daytime tours. For details see our Policies.
What if it rains?
Most tours operate in light rain. If a partner cancels, we reschedule or swap activities. If the ship changes port, we automatically reschedule—no deposit lost. See our Policies.
