Sometimes. Estero Beach Resort allows non-guests to pay $15 for accesss to jacuzzis with ocean view and outdoor pools. However, policy varies with resort policy and season. If the hotel is full, usually not allowed.

Usually in Estero beach or anywhere for public rental in Ensenada no. Occasionally in summer, you can rent there, but not consistent for a plan. Not part of Estero nor our team.
