La Bufadora is the second-largest marine geyser in the world. Waves push water into a sea cave, compressing the air inside. When the wave recedes, the pressure forces water to explode upward with a loud roar.

The blowhole is most active at high tide (tides change daily).
From December to March, midday sun makes it especially enjoyable.
Arrive early if you prefer a calmer experience with fewer vendors.
