• 4 - 7 passengers Minivans Kia Sorrento / Town and Country / or Honda Odyssey / Sienna. For 6 passengers with mega luggage, may need Urvan.

• 8 -13 Nissan Urvan or Haitache.

• 14 - 20 Craftsman or Sprinter

• 21-25 we use a Minibus. Like a shortbus, but cooler with aircon;)

Can we Do Tijuana to Valle? Is it Cheaper to Walk Across to Tijuana Pick Up?

Yes, we can pick up in the Tijuana border US side CBX parking, or TJ side after walking across or or TJ airport for a airport transfer to Valle de Guadalupe or Ensenada. Yes, it is less expensive on TJ side.

Where do you pick up and Drop Off?

Pretty much anywhere. Each transport is private, and some areas may have additional cost for distance. Custom quote for exact pricing.

In San Diego, we can pick up pretty much anywhere. Online pricing is for South of 805 and West of the 8. Other zip codes are a few bucks more. Yes, we can pick up El Cajon, Escondido, East County, Del Mar, La Jolla, UTC.

What times are Available?

I have a multi-day trip and changing the itinerary or Group Size?

You can submit a custom quote. When you deposit, you can submit and update the itinerary as things change online. Our team will reprice when necessary.

What IF I have SentrI or Global Entry?

We use the Fast Pass Lane if you choose this option. Our drivers cannot go through Sentri, so you would have to walk across and wait. You can request a Fast Pass for extra fee (currently 74$ for the vehicle) on the northbound route, subject to availability. Saves about 60-90 minutes of border wait time.

CAn we Stop for Lunch or Costco Run?

Yes, your day, your way! Pricing listed includes 25min max for snacks, bathroom. Yes, we can price in some extra waiting time - usually about 29$ hr for car or minivan and 40$ hour for larger sprinter and urvans vehicles.

Is there uber in Ensenada or Valle de Guadalupe?

Yes, but it works fine only City of Ensenada. In the Valle de Guadalupe, La Bufadora, Las Canadas Zipline Uber often does not arrive when you need them. You know. . . “No Cars Available” . . .

Can I walk across the border?

Yes, we can pick up or drop off at the pedestrian side of the border. There is an easy trolley downtown and bus to San Diego Airport if you would like to reduce costs and carry luggage on the trolley this is a good option. We can pick up at the San Diego or Tijuana airport too.

Do you have SAn Diego Airport Shuttle?

Yes, we offer a private transfer car service, minivan, and urvan. See San Diego to Valle Route above. Not a public shared shuttle.

Do you have Tijuana Airport Shuttle?

Yes, we offer a private transfer car service, minivan, urvan and sprinter.

Do you sell Fast Pass?

Fast Pass is available to our guests and can be included in packages. We do not sell and availability and cost varies around $74.

Can I customize pick-up and drop-off?

Yes, you can customize pick-ups and stops along the way.

Do I need a visa to enter Mexico?

Technically, Yes. Practically, no. A US citizen without a visa has never been an issue for our clients being in Baja Norte, Mexico.

Recent enforcement of this law has caused some slow down. Bring your passport and prepare for about 30$ visa at border. Sometimes they stop you, sometimes not.

Are your private drivers Mexican?

Yes, our team is professional transportation drivers in Valle de Guadalupe and Ensenada with licenses and insurance.

How can I pay?

Deposit usually by Credit card. Pay Balance with zelle, Venmo, Cash App Credit Card, cash is king! USD. We do have a 5% digital payment fee on the balance (no fees on deposit).

Can you provide a US business receipt?

Yes. We pay US taxes and have EIN.

Do we need to Exit Vehicle?

No, you do not normally need to exit vehicles. Only in the case of a random inspection by border security.

Do you Offer Concierge Service?

Upon special request we can help in some cases, and we an happily review your itinerary, however we don’t make reservations and check the many details such as are kids allowed opening times, menu options.
