Port Pick UP
Meeting Instructions Cruise Port
Exit the ship and follow these steps:
Turn left and walk past the buses and shopping area.
Continue straight for about 7–9 minutes (walking time depends on where the ship docks).
You’ll pass the large Ensenada sign and walk through 2–3 orange archways.
Keep going past two car security booths.
Do not cross the footbridge. Instead, walk past it.
On your right, you’ll see a large glass building (Museo Caracol) with a billboard.
Your guide will be waiting under the billboard with a sign showing your name.
Look for:
White shirt and green jacket
Sign with your name
Don’t worry if you’re delayed—we wait up to 45 minutes after docking to meet you.

Tours and transportation pick up at your custom location at no extra cost (unless activities are south of town: Bufadora, Kayak, Zipline, Horseback Beach).
