Your driver will meet you near the cruise-port security entrance, just outside the restricted port area. The meeting point is a short walk from the ship.
Private tour operators generally cannot enter the restricted area immediately beside the ship. You’ll walk through the port area and meet your driver near the security entrance.
After booking, we’ll send detailed pickup instructions, photos of the meeting point, and your driver’s contact information.

Yes. Many guests combine two or three experiences during one port day.
Popular combinations include:
The number of activities possible depends on your ship’s schedule, pickup time, traffic, activity locations, and group size. We’ll confirm whether your requested combination fits safely before accepting your reservation.
-
For certain activities, at least one parent or responsible adult must participate with the children. Children cannot always participate while every adult remains only as a spectator.
The exact requirement depends on the activity and provider. We’ll confirm the applicable rule before booking.
-
Age, height, weight, and equipment restrictions vary by activity:
ATV: Drivers must be at least 15 years old at Las Cañadas and 16 years old for the Hot Springs route. Younger guests may be able to ride as passengers. The Hot Springs route has a maximum weight limit of 360 lbs.
Zipline: Participation depends primarily on whether the safety harness fits correctly. Waist and thigh measurements may apply, so contact us before booking if you have concerns. Children must meet the operator’s safety requirements, and at least one adult may need to participate with them.
Horseback Riding: Children 5 and older may ride alone with parental consent. Younger children may be permitted to share a horse with an adult, subject to the operator’s approval. Weight restrictions may depend on the route and available horse.
Kayaking: Guests must be at least 12 years old for a single kayak at La Bufadora. Children ages 10–12 may use a double kayak with an adult. Younger children may only be able to participate on the calmer estuary route. The limit is 300 lbs for single kayaks and 250 lbs per person for double kayaks.
Surf Lessons: Age and physical requirements depend on the guest’s comfort in the water and the ocean conditions on the day of the lesson.
Pai Pai: Age requirements depend on the selected animal encounter. Some children may require an accompanying adult.
Massage and Spa: Children and teenagers may receive certain services with parental consent and a parent present.
Restrictions can change and may also depend on equipment fit, weather, the activity provider, and the participant’s physical condition. Send us each participant’s age, approximate weight, and any mobility or health concerns before booking so we can confirm eligibility.
For safety reasons, final participation is always subject to the activity operator’s approval.
-
Requirements depend on the activity, but we generally recommend:
Comfortable clothing
Closed-toe shoes for ATV, Zipline and Horseback Riding
Sunscreen
Sunglasses
A light jacket during cooler months
Quick-dry clothes for Kayaking or Surf Lessons
A change of clothes when participating in water activities
Your confirmation may include additional instructions for your specific activities.
-
Participation restrictions depend on the activity:
ATV: Pregnant guests cannot participate.
Zipline: Pregnant guests cannot participate.
Horseback Riding: Not recommended during pregnancy. Participation would be at the guest’s own risk and may also depend on the operator’s approval.
Kayaking: Confirmation is still pending from the activity provider.
Pregnant guests can still join the group as non-participants when transportation, space, and the activity location allow. Please tell us about the pregnancy before booking so we can recommend appropriate alternatives.
