Please provide every address when requesting your reservation. We’ll confirm the complete price before you pay the deposit.
-
Yes. We provide private pickup from San Diego International Airport, hotels, homes, and other approved meeting locations.
Please provide your airline, flight number, arrival time, pickup address, number of passengers, and luggage information when booking.
-
The crossing process depends on your pickup location, destination, vehicle, and selected service.
Some reservations involve crossing the border in the vehicle. Others may require guests to walk across and meet the driver at a confirmed location on the other side.
Your quote and confirmation will clearly explain the crossing process for your reservation.
-
We assign the vehicle that provides the best combination of space, comfort, and value for your group.
Typical vehicle options include:
1–3 passengers: Sedan
4–7 passengers: Minivan
8–13 passengers: Nissan Urvan or Toyota Hiace
14–20 passengers: Sprinter or similar passenger van
21–25 passengers: Minibus
Larger groups: Charter bus, subject to availability
The final passenger capacity depends on luggage, mobility equipment, car seats, and other space requirements.
-
Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle, number of passengers, and size of the bags.
Sedans and minivans: Plan for approximately one medium-sized suitcase per passenger.
Passenger vans, Urvans and Sprinters: Approximately one-third of the vehicle is normally reserved for luggage.
Minibuses and buses: Capacity depends on the number of passengers and the amount and size of the luggage.
Large suitcases, strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment, coolers, and unusually large amounts of luggage may reduce passenger capacity or require a larger vehicle.
Please provide the number and approximate size of your bags before booking. Passenger capacity does not always equal luggage capacity.
-
Yes. You may request a larger vehicle for additional comfort or luggage space.
A larger vehicle may change the price and is subject to availability.
-
Yes. Child car seats and booster seats are available at no additional cost upon request.
Seats are not automatically placed in the vehicle. Please provide the child’s age and approximate size when booking so the appropriate seat can be requested and confirmed.
-
Fast Pass may help eligible vehicles use a designated lane when returning from Mexico to the United States.
It can reduce the time spent in the regular border line, but it does not guarantee an immediate crossing. Inspections, traffic, lane closures, holidays, and government operations can still cause delays.
Fast Pass must be requested in advance and is subject to availability and current border rules.
The pickup or drop-off location does not determine the Fast Pass price.
However, Fast Pass availability and pricing can change. The current price will be confirmed in your quote before booking.
-
No. Fast Pass and SENTRI are not the same.
SENTRI is a trusted-traveler program managed by the United States government and requires prior approval for eligible passengers and vehicles. Our team cannot issue SENTRI status.
We’ll confirm which crossing option is available for your reservation.
-
The driver will select the appropriate crossing based on your route, service, traffic, and available lanes.
San Ysidro and Otay Mesa are the primary passenger crossings in the San Diego–Tijuana area. The selected crossing may change when traffic or operating conditions make another option more appropriate.
-
Every passenger is responsible for carrying the documents required by Mexican and United States authorities.
Requirements depend on citizenship, residency, age, destination, and immigration status. Bring a valid passport and any visa, residency document, permit, or authorization that applies to your trip.
We recommend checking current government entry requirements before traveling. Drivers cannot guarantee admission into Mexico or the United States.
