Acknowledgment and Waiver

I understand that activities such as ATV riding, ziplining, horseback riding, kayaking, swimming, and surfing involve inherent risks, including injury, accidents, or property damage. I voluntarily accept these risks and confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate.

By participating, I release and agree to hold harmless Ensenada Massage & Excursions LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from claims or expenses resulting from my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
