How Luggage Affects Vehicle Capacity

Luggage reduces the number of usable passenger seats.

General rule:
More luggage = larger vehicle required

When in doubt, book one size larger to ensure comfort and safety.

Multi-Day & Long-Distance Transportation

Trips with multiple days or different routes must be booked separately.

Example:
• Day 1: San Diego → Valle de Guadalupe (with luggage)
• Day 2: Transportation within Valle de Guadalupe (no luggage)

This ensures the correct vehicle size and accurate timing.

Transportation Hours & Extra Time Policy

All transportation bookings require an itinerary at checkout.

  • Trips are priced by total scheduled hours
  • Additional time is $29 per hour

You will be notified if extra time is incurred.

  • No. Most private transportation services can be booked directly online. Quotes are only required for very large groups or complex logistics.
